A yearlong model including monthly leadership team facilitation and dedicated coaching for district coordinators and district implementation teams. Designed to build internal capacity and foster sustainable systems change.
PBIS Implementation & Fidelity Coaching
Support to implement and strengthen PBIS using fidelity tools like the TFI, paired with active coaching cycles and tiered action planning.
Improvement Science Facilitation & Coaching
Coaching of teams to use Improvement Science tools, like root cause analysis, driver diagrams, and PDSA cycles, to drive change within their existing systems. Support includes professional development, team coaching, and launching or sustaining Networked Improvement Communities (NICs), all of which focus on building internal capacity for continuous improvement.
